Little tapir

In Grecia, Costa Rica, we hand-carve and hand-paint this little tapir from reclaimed Cedro or Cenízaro wood: branches and trunks the forest had already let go. We never cut down a tree.

Every brushstroke is applied one by one, in the colours of Costa Rica's tropical forest. It is a work of art for your home and, at the same time, the most authentic souvenir from Costa Rica.

Because each piece is handmade, details, grain and exact tone vary slightly. No two pieces are the same.
